| Corporate History While Skyline Management, Inc. d/b/a Skyline Real Estate Services is fairly new, having been incorporated as of October 1, 1995, the principals of Skyline have combined experience in excess of 45 years in all facets of residential and commercial real estate services. Michael Doyle, President and founder of Skyline Management, created Skyline after selling his previous company, Griffin Doyle & Assoc., Inc., to Moore Commercial. Mr. Doyle elected to keep a small, select portfolio of property management clients and concentrate on providing the highest quality, professional management services possible. Nancy McShannic shares a long business affiliation with Mr. Doyle and has joined Skyline Management as a principal. Skyline Real Estate is uniquely qualified to manage HOA's, multi-unit residential complexes, shopping centers and mixed-use office buildings. We believe that Professional Property Management is a highly specialized field, one in which personalized service by a professional property manager is essential. Michael R. Doyle Michael Doyle is a real estate professional with 25 years of diversified experience in Property Management, Leasing, Construction and Accounting. He is the founder of Skyline Real Estate Services, stockholder and member of the Board. Mr. Doyle established Skyline Real Estate after the sale of Griffin Doyle & Assoc., Inc. ("GDA") to Moore Commercial. The brokerage division of GDA and a portion of the property management portfolio were sold and Mr. Doyle maintained a select client base that is now professionally managed by Skyline Real Estate Services. As President, CFO and Director of Griffin Doyle & Assoc., Mike was responsible for the operation of a full service real estate company, providing property management, leasing, sales, construction, asset management and consulting services. Under GDA, Mr. Doyle spearheaded the leasing and management of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property and over 2,500 multi-family units. Prior to starting Griffin Doyle & Associates, Mr. Doyle was a partner with BANC Property Services Corp. During the period of March, 1986 to January, 1992, Mr. Doyle held various positions including Vice President of Property Management, Chief Operating Officer and President (3/90 - 1/92). As BANC Property Services Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Doyle oversaw the management and operational aspects of over four million square feet of office, retail and mixed-use properties and 22 residential properties. He supervised a professional staff of ten property managers nationwide and was directly involved in the budgeting, insurance procurement, property valuations and tax protests, legal matters, cash management and maintained direct relationships with the owners and lenders. As President, he headed the Executive Committee where he oversaw the weekly planning, marketing and operations of the firm. Prior to joining BANC, Mr. Doyle was Director of Property Management for the Creekside Development Company in Englewood, Colorado. He supervised the operation and management of 375,000 square feet of office and retail space. From 1978 through 1984, Mr. Doyle worked with the Denver based Cooper Investments where he was Controller and supervised property management. He supervised all accounting functions including overseeing all development and construction accounting activities on a 1,000 unit apartment complex, and oversaw management activities on 500,000 square feet of office and retail. Prior to Cooper Investments, Mr. Doyle worked two years for the national accounting firm of Ernst and Young. His responsibilities included financial audits and tax returns for such accounts as Frontier Airlines and Monfort of Colorado. Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. He is
actively involved in a number of community and trade associations, including
International Council of Shopping Centers, Institute of Real Estate
management, Denver Board of Realtors, South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce
and the Community Association Institute. [back

Nancy McShannic Nancy McShannic has 23 years of property management experience; eleven years in Association management and eight years in commercial property management. As Vice President for Skyline Real Estate, Ms. McShannic is responsible for the management and maintenance of over 1,000 condominium, townhome and single family housing units. Additionally, she is responsible for the administration of Skyline Real Estate's office operation. As Supervisor of Property Management for Griffin Doyle & Associates, for three years, Ms. McShannic was responsible for the hands-on management of 700,000 square feet of commercial property, and supervised the management of 300 multi-family units. Additionally, she was responsible for the monthly reporting process and maintained a close dialogue with the Asset Managers and Owners. Prior to Griffin Doyle & Associates, Ms. McShannic served as a Management Supervisor of BANC Property Services Corp. Her main responsibilities included the supervision/management of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property and 1,000 multi-family units. In 1985, she was solely responsible for a 451,000 mixed-use complex in Baltimore, Maryland. From 1981 to 1984, Ms. McShannic was the office manager of Mountain Condominium Management Company, Dillon, Colorado. Ms. McShannic belongs to the
Community Association Institute and is a member of the Denver Board of
Realtors.

Terri McEntee Terri is an accounting professional with a diverse background. Beginning her career in New York, she had eight years cumulative experience in exports. For five years she served as head of accounting for the buying office of a Brussels, Belgium based electronic components exporter. During this time, she gained an intimate knowledge of domestic and international banking and business practices. She also developed policies and procedures to coordinate offices in five European countries. This experience was followed by a year as a full-charge bookkeeper to a CPA firm. In addition to performing all of the firms' accounting duties through preparing financial statements, she also did write-up work for various clients in agriculture, property management and financial consulting. Terri, most recently, has 15 years in property management. Starting with BANC Property Services in 1990 as a property accountant, she has remained with Mike Doyle through the many corporate changes. Initially responsible for overseeing receivables and payables, and preparation of financial statements for an average of 18 commercial and multi-family unit properties, she currently oversees/performs all property accounting for Skyline Real Estate. She has extensive experience in auditing association accounts receivable and general ledgers and also in computer conversions of new client books. [back to top]
